In this capacity, you will be responsible for managing ongoing litigations and arbitrations across various jurisdictions. Your proactive approach and commercially savvy advice will support our stakeholders in achieving business goals while minimizing risk.

  • Manage Litigations: Oversee ongoing cases in key jurisdictions where we operate.
  • Provide Strategic Advice: Offer expert guidance on commercial law matters to ensure informed decision-making.
  • Develop Legal Strategies: Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective risk management plans that align with business objectives.
  • Negotiate Contracts: Conduct thorough contract reviews and negotiations to protect our interests.
  • Support Risk Management Projects: Assist in identifying and mitigating potential risks through comprehensive project planning.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as a lawyer at a reputable global firm in a common law jurisdiction within LATAM.
  • Experience working in-house is highly valued.
  • Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law from a top-tier law school.
