Physical Security Operations Manager

This role entails overseeing the physical security of an AWS Data Centre in Sydney, Australia. The successful candidate will have a thorough knowledge of access control systems and processes, guard force management, reporting security metrics, security audits, and incident reporting.
The ideal candidate will possess experience working in a high-security environment, conflict resolution training, and performing security risk assessments. They will also be able to build relationships with internal and external partners to maintain and enhance the security and safety of the premises.
The role involves coordinating physical security operations, investigations, risk/threat assessments, and supervising employees and contractors performing specific security objectives. Additionally, the candidate may be required to travel as needed for security-related purposes.
