Responsibilities

  • Program physical access control and video systems as part of the delivery of new datacenters.
  • Provide oversight of security systems design for access control and video programming to ensure compliance with design standards and requirements.
  • Participate in on-call DRI rotation to support physical security systems.
  • Assess data related to the health of security systems and infrastructure to identify gaps, performance trends, and compliance with system configuration standards.
  • Recommend and execute strategies to address issues at scale, and continuously improve processes, procedures, and documentation.
  • Manage physical security systems lifecycle support and compliance, hosting regular datacenter site meetings with security operations and facility management teams.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair services with internal and external service providers.
  • Collaborate with partner engineering, project management, and design teams to improve the physical security environment and program effectiveness.
  • Embodies company culture and values.

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience managing and administering physical security systems (Lenel and Milestone), including lifecycle management of security devices, video server configuration, SIEM, and incident response.OR a Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.Ability to meet security screening requirements, including Microsoft Cloud Background Check, upon hire and every two years.Preferred certifications include Lenel, Milestone, CISSP, CISA, CISM, SANS, GCIA, GCIH, OSCP, Security+.
