Transformation Lead in AI Engineering Solutions

We are seeking a skilled Transformation Lead to join our team and drive the development of AI engineering solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, maintainable, and reliable software solutions that enhance productivity.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing software solutions, working knowledge of AI/ML applications, and experience in developing applications using .NET framework, JavaScript frameworks, APIs, and databases. Additionally, they should have experience building RAGs using LlamaIndex, LangChain, or similar frameworks, as well as proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, TypeScript, C#) and experience developing microservices architecture on cloud platforms (AWS & Azure).
You will work alongside our global engineering community to leverage AI-assisted tools and capabilities, focusing on business banking functionality. Your Product Engineer mindset will enable you to experiment, train, and ensure the best use of emerging AI technologies. Strong technical leadership skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders to solve business-critical problems are essential.
Key Responsibilities- Experimenting with emerging AI-assisted engineering tools and cloud services, providing feedback and insights from real-world testing.
- Contributing to architectural discussions and proposing improvements, role-modeling standards and best practices.
- Collaborating with the team to tackle complex technical problems, contributing to design and implementation to ensure quality engineering outcomes.
- Delivering robust and reusable solutions that integrate seamlessly into other teams' workflows and products.
- Translating requirements into engineering solutions, assisting in breaking down work and creating clarity for team members.
- Actively participating in code reviews, maintaining high-quality code bases, and assisting in documentation for knowledge sharing.
- Extensive experience in designing and implementing scalable, maintainable, and reliable software solutions.
- Working knowledge of AI/ML applications and how they can enhance software engineering processes to improve productivity.
- Experience in developing applications using .NET framework, JavaScript frameworks, APIs, and databases.
- Experience building RAGs using LlamaIndex, LangChain, or similar frameworks.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, TypeScript, C#) and experience developing microservices architecture on cloud platforms (AWS & Azure).
