Behavioural Therapist

We're driven by a customer-centric approach at Corporate Services, and as a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you'll play a vital role in our mission.

Our behaviour support and allied health practitioners form a skilled team, offering innovative, person-centred services to our customers. We operate within a hybrid model, working both from home and across the WA community.

As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you'll conduct comprehensive assessments tailored to our customers' needs and circumstances. You'll develop and implement evidence-based behaviour support plans, aligning with the NDIS Positive Behaviour Support Capability Framework.

This role offers flexible full-time or part-time options to support work-life balance. The ideal candidate will have:

• Registered as a Behaviour Support Practitioner with NDIS (Proficient level) or eligibility for registration
  
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in an Allied Health discipline
  
• Familiarity with NDIS Quality and Safeguarding principles
  
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
  
• Experience in facilitating group sessions, training, coaching, and/or mentoring
  
• Proven track record in delivering strength-based and person-centred services
  
• A positive, contemporary attitude and commitment to maximising quality of life for people with disability
