Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Allied Health Professional to lead our multidisciplinary team in Armadale.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and passionate individual to join our organization and contribute to delivering high-quality, evidence-based services to children and their families.

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic and provide direct and indirect intervention to clients;
  • Lead a collaborative multi-disciplinary team to deliver quality, evidence-based outcomes;
  • Grow and develop the team through supervision and discipline-specific meetings, assisting staff with time management and organisation, development of resources, and providing feedback to management at state and national level on the needs of the team;
  • Engage in service development, programming, scheduling, and contribute to the national professional development agenda and training program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Provide strategic leadership to the team, focusing on clinical excellence, staff development, and operational efficiency;
  • Clinical Expertise: Develop and implement effective treatment plans, conduct assessments, and provide evidence-based interventions to clients;
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and support to deliver high-quality services;
  • Operational Efficiency: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including budgeting, financial reporting, and resource allocation;

What We Need

  • A tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Physiotherapy, or Psychology and current registration;
  • Significant experience as a Team Leader or Senior Therapist, preferably in a multidisciplinary setting;
  • Strong clinical expertise and a commitment to delivering evidence-based practice;
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders;
  • Financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial reports and make informed decisions;
  • Ability to drive business performance, achieve KPIs, and exceed expectations;
  • Compliance - Professional Registration, Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS workers screening check, First Aid Training, Driver's License & Vehicle.
