Senior Engineering Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineering Lead to lead impactful projects and make their mark in a collaborative high-performing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Civil Design Management: Oversee the development of civil design including earthworks drainage car parks roads pavements and utilities.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate design with architects landscape architects and engineers at project meetings.
- Technical Reviews: Manage technical reviews and internal QA processes.
- Project Management: Undertake project management bid support and leadership duties.
- Department Goals: Set department goals and develop actionable implementation plans.
- Civil Engineering Degree: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
- Professional Certification: Chartered Engineer status with NER accreditation.
- Experience: 15+ years' experience preferably in civil design for buildings urban development land development or brownfield projects.
- Technical Expertise: Strong technical expertise in civil design with knowledge of relevant guidelines Australian Standards and Local Council Planning Schemes.
- Brownfield Projects: Understanding of brownfield projects water environments and water resource management.
- Civil Design Software: Proficiency in civil design software such as AutoCAD 12D Drains and Microsoft Project.
- QA Processes: Experience in QA processes and design reviews.
