Client Service Representative

The Client Service Officer is a vital role within our organization, responsible for delivering exceptional client service and support.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement recommendations from Statements of Advice by completing necessary paperwork and lodging applications forms.
- Manage and monitor the implementation process for clients, ensuring timely completion of asset transfers.
- Provide quarterly portfolio reports for clients and maintain online portal access for seamless management.
- Become proficient in Xplan and investment platforms to deliver high-quality client experiences.
- Undertake administrative tasks to support advisers and the business, maintaining a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures.
- Ensure timely communication with Operations Manager on workflow progress and adhere to company's behaviour framework.
- Implement advice accurately and in a timely manner, following policy, practices, and procedures for all tasks.
