About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Corporate Social Responsibility to join our team at ASC External. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive CSR strategy that aligns with our company's values and goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a CSR strategy that enhances our company's reputation and contributes to the well-being of our stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CSR principles into our business operations and decision-making processes.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for CSR initiatives and develop strategies to address social and environmental issues.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, customers, suppliers, and community groups.
  • Monitor and report on CSR performance and progress, ensuring that our company meets its CSR goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • 10 years of experience in a senior CSR role, with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective CSR strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of CSR principles, practices, and trends, with a focus on sustainability and social impact.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and build strong relationships.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic recommendations.
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
