  • Leading a team of educators to develop and implement curriculum plans that meet the needs of children.
  • Collaborating with the Education Leader to ensure the implementation of the Goodstart Practice Guide and delivery of high-quality education programs.
  • Complying with National Quality Standards (NQS) and Goodstart Policies, Procedures, and Requirements.
  • Positively contributing to delivering the Centre and business plans.

  • Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma of Early Childhood Education or higher qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Support for a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement.
  • The ability to seek and share best practice examples to improve the education program.
