Warehouse Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, where you will be responsible for managing inward and outward stock, ensuring seamless delivery of products to our customers. You will also contribute to maintaining accurate inventory levels, conducting cycle counts, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the receipt and dispatch of goods, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- Coordinate pick and pack operations, prioritizing efficiency and productivity
- Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and accuracy checks
- Perform general warehouse duties, such as receiving, storing, and issuing stock
- Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to queries and resolving issues efficiently
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing, combined with customer service expertise
- Able to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and managing competing priorities
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration
- A forklift license, with a commitment to ongoing professional development
- Ability to undergo pre-employment medicals, including drug and alcohol testing, and provide contactable work references
