Experienced Geologist Sought for Prestigious Exploration Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Exploration Geologist to join our team at EBR. Based in Perth, the company is undertaking several projects and looking to increase the depth of their exploration team.
This is a contract role with the potential to go permanent, reporting directly to the Head of Exploration. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing planning and performance of exploration programs.
About the Role:
- Must be based in Perth or able to relocate
- A current manual Australian driver's licence is required
- Tertiary degree in Geology or related discipline
Key Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills and previous experience mentoring junior professionals
- 10+ years' experience as a Resource Geologist in gold mining and exploration
- Previous experience working with government departments and knowledge of regulatory requirements
- Working knowledge of data preparation for ASX announcements, geological maps, geochemical data sets, and 3D modeling
- Previous experience planning exploration programs and understanding staged exploration approach methods
- Experience utilizing geological ranking systems and target databases
- Demonstrated skills in geological interpretation and understanding resource estimation techniques
- Good understanding of tenement management requirements
- A competent user of Microsoft Office, 3D modeling software, and GIS Packages
Key Accountabilities:
- Developing regional geologic maps and resource models for exploration projects
- Generating, ranking, and testing new and existing targets
- Utilizing geophysical, geochemical, and geological data to interpret projects and perform geological modeling
- Management of consultants, staff, and drilling contractors
- Contributing to statutory and company reports
- Undertaking planning, management, and implementation of drilling programs on time and within budget
