Job Description

This role focuses on streamlining branch operations to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction and maximise ROI through effective parts sales and inventory coordination.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Parts Sales Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales goals, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, customer service, and inventory management.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Implementing and monitoring best practices in the Parts Department to ensure high levels of internal and external customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with the Group Aftermarket Manager and team to set and achieve attainable parts sales and profit goals that align with dealership strategic objectives.
  • Managing counter sales to meet customer needs and support the broader Aftermarket team's objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Parts Department Operations.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail to ensure we exceed our customers' and stakeholders expectations every time.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills to prioritise workloads and meet customer deadlines.
