The National Commercial Manager plays a critical role in BevChain's growth strategy. This position provides commercial leadership, oversees financial modelling and analysis, and ensures seamless handovers from new business to operational teams.

• Developing new business strategies and planning processes.
• Leading the commercial team to deliver new business growth objectives.
• Overseeing financial modelling, analysis, and rate proposals.
• Building pricing models and tools for efficient customer engagement.
• Establishing commercial handover protocols and contractual documentation.
• Providing commercial support for tender responses, contract negotiations, and customer meetings.
• Monitoring competitor contract renewal status.
• Building strong working relationships across BevChain, Linfox, and external customers.

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance (CA/CPA desirable).
• Minimum 3 years' experience in supply chain operations with a proven track record of achievement.
• Strong skills in budgeting, KPI performance review, reporting, and commercial modelling.
• Experience preparing CAM models, business cases, and board papers for approval.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with customers and senior executives.
• High-level communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership experience managing a team of diverse and skilled professionals.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to assess risks and promote safe practices.
