Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Directory Services Specialist to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a professional with expertise in complex Directory Services environments.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise and ongoing operational oversight of our Directory Services environment. This involves working closely with various teams to ensure best practice and best fit, as well as managing stakeholder relationships and project life cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical guidance and support for the Directory Services environment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ensure effective project management and transition to BAU operations
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in hosting and cloud environments
  • Demonstrate experience working in large-scale enterprise environments
  • Show ability to work autonomously

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Active Directory 2003-2016
  • Azure Active Directory and Azure Services expertise
  • ITIL knowledge highly desirable
  • Sailpoint and ServiceNow skills advantageous
