Expert Microsoft 365 Solutions Professional

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer to lead our technical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering expert technical services, focusing on Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Implementation: Collaborate with the Project Manager and technical lead to ensure smooth implementation of customer solutions.
- System Analysis and Design: Perform system analysis, technical design, implementation, and maintenance of systems with an emphasis on Cloud and infrastructure technologies.
- Timely Delivery: Ensure technical delivery activities are performed in a timely manner, in accordance with contracted terms and agreed design.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure corporate customer satisfaction standards are met and follow up with clients to ensure they are satisfied with the service or products provided.
- Technical Support: Resolve complex problems with clients' systems and/or software applications and provide technical support to client requests.
- A minimum of 6+ years of related technical experience working with M365 and cloud technologies.
- Previous experience in an MSP environment, particularly with project delivery.
- Technical expertise in the design, implementation, and support of systems applied to small and medium environments.
- Experience with cross-tenant, Google, and/or on-prem to Microsoft 365 migrations.
- Microsoft Unified Endpoint Management, Windows Autopilot, Intune MDM/MAM configurations for Apple and Android.
- SharePoint Online / Microsoft Teams design, implementation, and migration including governance and security.
- Hybrid Exchange configuration, migration, and decommissioning.
