Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender/Server to fill this dynamic role. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, wine, and beer, while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Engage with customers, taking orders and serving food and drinks promptly and efficiently.
  • Assess patrons' needs and preferences, making recommendations and offering personalized services as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by collecting glasses and dishes, and restocking supplies accordingly.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless service during peak hours.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Prior experience as a bartender or server is highly advantageous.
  • Australia RSA certification is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends and evenings, is essential.
