**Job Opportunity:** Research Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced research project manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in managing complex research projects, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent stakeholder engagement skills, be able to develop and implement project plans, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure that all outputs meet the needs of project end-users.

This is a 12-month contract opportunity for a skilled professional who is passionate about research and wants to work in an environment that leads applied science and makes a difference to the safety of Australians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the development, implementation and management of research projects
  • Develop and implement project plans, including setting timelines and budgets
  • Ensure that all outputs meet the needs of project end-users
  • Maintain and update research products and systems
  • Create concise and accurate reports and dashboards

Requirements:

  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • Demonstrated experience in research project management
  • Ability to manage budgets and timelines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Location: This position will be located in one of our Centre's nodes in either Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney, with flexible working conditions available from these locations.

Duration: This is a 12-month contract opportunity.
