Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Casual Front of House Superstar to join our team at Holey Moley and Hijinx Hotel in Canberra. As a key member of our front of house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring that they have a memorable and enjoyable experience
  • Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere, ensuring that our guests feel valued and respected
  • Work collaboratively with our team to deliver a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests
  • Assist with the preparation and service of food and beverages, ensuring that our high standards are met
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of guests and team members
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Availability to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings
  • Valid RSA and WWCC certificates, or willingness to obtain
