**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and result-driven individual to join our team as a Performance & Analytics Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for sharing insights and learnings on the competitor environment, supporting the Merchandising team, and providing data-driven analysis to inform business decisions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the 3rd Party price monitoring tool and consolidate data for price review and reporting purposes.
- Validate pricing data to support decision-making for the Merchandising team.
- Conduct new line price analysis and provide recommendations for price adjustments.
- Compile promotional templates and reports to support the Catalogue build process and ACCC checks.
- Provide ad-hoc data and pricing analysis at category team request using Enterprise Data Warehouse or other appropriate systems.
- Provide regular advice to the Merchandising team based on observations of competitor behaviors obtained through electronic monitoring, physical observations, and monitoring of promotional materials.
- Support the Merchandising performance and analytics manager in the build and maintenance of the SCA merchandising Power BI reporting workspace and general project work.
**Requirements**
- Experience in a retail setting with a strong understanding of the industry.
- Intermediate to advanced ability in Excel, particularly with Pivot Tables and creating/formulas.
- A passion for learning and upskilling in data skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
