Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the smooth operation of our warehouse.

  • Picking and packing orders to customer specifications
  • Processing both inbound and outbound orders
  • Performing putaways into designated locations
  • Ensuring timely replenishment of stock
  • Operating handheld technology such as RF scanners
  • Using warehouse management systems to print labels and check data
  • Maintaining the accuracy and integrity of all incoming and outgoing orders
  • FOLLOWING CLIENT SPECIFICATIONS TO ENSURE CUSTOMER EXPECTATIONS ARE MET AND STOCK DAMAGE IS MINIMIZED
  • Supporting the operation in stocktakes as required
Requirements:
  • Experience working in a high-volume 3PL warehouse environment
  • Forklift license (high reach and/or counter balance) essential
  • Proven experience picking, packing, checking, and dispatching orders
  • Previous use of warehouse management systems including RF scanners
  • Able to work in a team with a focus on giving excellent customer service
  • An understanding of the importance of adhering to WHS policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of inventory management
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills
  • Flexible, positive attitude
