Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a challenging role in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Associate to join our team

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Warehouse Associate to assist with the receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong attention to detail.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process incoming shipments, verifying accuracy and completeness of goods
  • Organize and maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures
  • Operate various equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, to move merchandise throughout the warehouse
  • Assist with stocking shelves and facing merchandise to ensure optimal visual appeal
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to resolve any issues or concerns
  • Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

 

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or related environment preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Basic math skills and ability to operate a calculator
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

 

Working Conditions:

The Warehouse Associate will be working in a fast-paced warehouse environment with varying temperatures and humidity levels. The position requires frequent standing, walking, and lifting, as well as the ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
