Job Summary

This role is responsible for overseeing the financial functions of an organization, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor and develop Finance Officers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Resolve complex financial issues across transactions, providing accurate and timely solutions.
  • Lead the continuous improvement of financial systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Contribute to strategic planning as part of the Finance Leadership Team.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines. You will work in a supportive team environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years' experience in accounts payable/receivable and team leadership, with solid knowledge of accounting practices, financial systems, and digital applications.
