Job Opportunity

Role: Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of spare parts across our network.

  • Manage and control spare parts for all service centers including stock transfers and break ups
  • Monitor spare part levels at all stock holding locations to ensure service centre coverage including the Altona DC, 3PL's and BLP's
  • Oversee arrival of parts from overseas and local 3rd party suppliers through to service centres and initiate express delivery when necessary
  • Analyse and forecast part requirements based on usage
  • Purchase 3rd party parts
  • Administer the claims process and reconcile payments
  • Resolve suppliers claim queries
  • Coordinate Service Centre WHS compliance

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
