Inventory Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Management Specialist to oversee the daily operations of our inventory management system.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and guide inventory control team members, ensuring accurate and timely recording of all inventory transactions.
- Conduct regular cycle counts, reconciliations, and full physical inventories to verify stock accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Develop, implement, and enforce inventory control policies and procedures to maximize efficiency and minimize risk of loss.
- Generate and analyze inventory reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure inventory meets organizational needs.
- Proven experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively across departments.
A Defence security clearance is required for this role. Applicants must be Australian citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain an appropriate clearance.
