Warehouse and Operations Administrator

This role presents an exciting opportunity to join a leading logistics solutions provider as a Warehouse and Operations Administrator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily pallet operations within the Operations Excellence team, monitoring and recording pallet documentation and spreadsheets, working closely with the National Pallet Manager to ensure operations are efficient, and performing ad-hoc administrative tasks in a Warehouse & Operations environment.

  • Proven experience as a pallet controller - MyChep, 2IC or similar software experience;
  • Up to 1 year's experience within a Transport and Logistics Administration role or similar;
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Computer savvy, with competent MS Office skills - strong understanding of excel;
  • High attention to detail, with an autonomous work ethic;
  • Track, monitor and report on deliveries;
  • Analytical nature and process-driven personality, with a keen sense of urgency;
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transport.
