About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Venue Manager to lead our restaurant team and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience, managing daily restaurant operations, and leading a high-performing team.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a Venue Manager or General Manager role, with a proven track record of smashing sales targets and ensuring operational excellence.

You will work closely with your Restaurant Manager and the team to create something amazing, and be responsible for growing revenue, boosting market share, and driving profit margins for your venue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Moves: Take charge of growing revenue, boosting market share, and driving profit margins for your venue.
  • Spend 2 days on the restaurant driving growth by building business relationships, engaging with local businesses, and crafting marketing strategies.
  • Spend 3 days in the restaurant ensuring everything runs smoothly, supporting your RM, and leveling up your team.
  • Lead with Purpose: Support and mentor your Restaurant Manager (RM) as they handle daily operations, compliance, and guest experiences, while you focus on the bigger picture.
  • Create Community Connections: Champion local marketing initiatives and build strong relationships with local groups and businesses.
  • Inspire and Develop: Coach and grow your team, ensuring a solid talent pipeline and fostering a culture where everyone thrives.

Requirements
