The Opportunity

We are seeking an Apprentice Baker to become part of our team at our Lenah Valley store.

  • Become a Banjo's expert baker - produce great tasting breads, pastries, and sweets fresh every day.
  • Work closely with other Bakers and the Production Manager to maintain Banjo's consistent, high-quality standards.
  • Follow Banjo's established Workplace Health and Safety practices to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Be prepared to work across a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a positive attitude and a love of working as part of a team.

  • You will have experience producing quality baked goods and take pride in your craft.
  • You will be reliable, organized, and a good communicator, able to support other team members in a fast-paced environment.
