About this role
The Gyprock Plasterboard Production Team Member plays a vital role in ensuring the successful production of high-quality plasterboard products across various applications.
This is a full-time position based at Welshpool in Western Australia, reporting directly to the Production Supervisor.
This role involves operating machinery to produce material to commercial standards and working collaboratively with a team of experienced operators.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify equipment and product faults and report them via the appropriate procedure.
Responsibilities will include reducing risks and hazards, maintaining workplace records, and participating in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
The successful candidate will have a forklift license and be willing to work across an 8-hour weekly rotating roster, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts.
