Senior Associate, Construction Lawyer

This role involves working as a senior associate within a leading corporate law firm's construction disputes team in Australia. As part of this team, you will provide expert advice on construction projects and matters, including contract administration, interpretation, claims, litigation, and alternative dispute resolution.
You will work closely with experienced partners, however, given the structure of the team, you will also have the opportunity to collaborate with other resources from time to time.
Key requirements for this position include:
- An intermediate level lawyer with 2-4 years' experience in construction disputes or general commercial disputes with an interest in specialising in construction.
- A developing professional profile and ability to develop an internal network beyond the practice group.
- Ability to maintain and foster client relationships.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
