Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the brigade, overseeing kitchen operations, and contributing to the development of our culinary offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the kitchen team in delivering exceptional food quality and service
  • Oversee kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and implement new menu concepts and culinary initiatives
  • Mentor and train junior staff members to ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation
  • Contribute to the development of our culinary offerings, including menu planning and food styling
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a hatted or Michelin-starred restaurant
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent culinary skills, with a focus on creativity, innovation, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
