Culinary Opportunities at ALH

We're seeking a skilled Cook/Chef to join our team at an ALH venue in Tasmania.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior chefs in preparing a variety of meals according to menu and orders
  • Work efficiently to ensure timely delivery of dishes to guests
  • Comply with safety and health policies, procedures, and role responsibilities
  • Setup and cleaning of kitchen

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a hands-on, team-focused bistro-style kitchen
  • Knowledge of cooking practices as they apply to the relevant venue's menu
  • An uncompromising attitude towards high food quality, presentation, and safety
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Trade cooking qualifications are essential
  • Flexible availability
