About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Support Officer to join our team at Epiroc. As a key member of our Compliance and Governance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our organization's compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Compliance Manager and broader Compliance Team, including monitoring and following up on key compliance action due dates.
  • Assist with the administration of Epiroc's key compliance programs, including Privacy & GDPR, Trade Compliance, Anti-Trust, and AML/CTF.
  • Support Epiroc's entity-level risk assessment process by following up with risk owners and assisting with the completion and documentation of periodic internal control testing.
  • Provide support to the Property, Insurance and Governance Officer in the administration and oversight of local and global insurance policies.
  • Assist with the day-to-day administration of Epiroc's property portfolio, including support for lease payments and property matters.
Requirements
  • A background in and understanding of administration practices.
  • Highly developed attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exposure to mining and related industries will be well-regarded.
  • High level of integrity.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiating and stakeholder management skills.
  • Structured approach.
