Teach Spanish to Thriving Students

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Spanish teacher to lead our languages team. This is a permanent, part-time (0.8FTE - 4 days/week) position teaching Spanish to Years 7-10 students.

The ideal candidate will have recent experience in teaching Spanish to Years 7 to 10 students, enthusiasm for their subject, and the ability to inspire secondary age students. They will also possess knowledge of recent developments in senior secondary pedagogy, outstanding interpersonal skills, confidence in technology use, and an understanding of and commitment to our School's Christian framework, values and ethos.

  • Recent experience in teaching Spanish to Years 7 to 10 students
  • Enthusiasm for Spanish and the ability to inspire secondary age students
  • Knowledge of recent developments in senior secondary pedagogy and its application to Spanish
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
  • Confidence in using technology to enhance learning
  • Understanding and commitment to our School's Christian framework, values, and ethos

Experience teaching International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme (MYP) is highly desirable.
