We are seeking an experienced Chinese Language Teacher to teach students in Stages 3â6, including the Higher School Certificate and/or the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme.

This is a permanent position and is scheduled to commence at the beginning of Term 4, 2025. An earlier start date may be negotiated, depending on the availability of the preferred applicant

To be successful in this position, you will:

  • Be an effective classroom teacher, with an excellent understanding of the relevant Language curriculum and pedagogy;
  • Have experience teaching Chinese across Years 5â12 (preferred), or demonstrate a willingness to teach across these stages;
  • Be knowledgeable in the effective use of ICT to deliver language courses;
  • Be confident in differentiating the curriculum in the classroom; and
  • Demonstrate a commitment to the co-curricular and wellbeing programs of the school.
