About the Role:

Lay and finish concrete barriers for various construction projects, ensuring high quality and attention to detail. Operate heavy machinery and equipment safely and effectively, adhering to strict health and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Laying concrete barriers for roadworks, highways, and other infrastructure projects
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to site regulations
  • Collaborating with colleagues to meet project deadlines and deliver results-driven outcomes
Requirements:
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects, with a focus on maintaining physical fitness
  • Ability to work in a team environment, communicate effectively, and build strong relationships with colleagues and supervisors
  • Basic knowledge of construction materials and techniques, with a focus on innovative solutions and best practices
  • Ability to relocate or commute to project sites within Queensland, with a focus on adaptability and flexibility
