We are seeking an exceptional nursing professional to join our team in providing high-quality patient care. The successful candidate will lead and coordinate nursing teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- To deliver safe, comprehensive, and quality nursing care according to established regulations.
- To identify, prevent, and manage risks to ensure a safe environment for patients.
- To facilitate a positive client experience by creating a conducive environment.
- To maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all nursing interventions.
- To create a learning environment that builds staff competence.
- To ensure the efficient use of resources and equipment.
- Essential: A diploma leading to registration as a General Nurse or a 4-year Nursing Diploma/Bachelor of Nursing degree.
- Desirable: Postgraduate Advanced Diploma in Midwifery or Postgraduate Diploma in Nursing (e.g., Critical Care, Emergency Care, Peri-operative Nursing).
- Basic life support training (ACLS; ATLS; PALS training for specialized wards).
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
- Ability to develop and modify nursing care plans.
- Knowledge of infection prevention and control practices.
- Understanding of nursing processes and procedures.
- Excellent patient assessment skills.
- Pharmacology knowledge.
- Relevant nursing legislation awareness.
- Risk identification and management skills.
- Scientific nursing principles and process understanding.
