Deliver patient-centred nursing care that promotes identified health outcomes as a skilled Registered Nurse.
Responsibilities:- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Provide high-quality patient care that meets the needs of diverse patients.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Current nursing registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
- At least 12 months acute care nursing experience.
- ED experience preferred but not essential.
- Full working rights within Australia.
- Understanding of evidence-informed practice and critical thinking.
- Accrued day off each month (for full-time employees).
