Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional psychiatric care to a diverse adult clientele, focusing on anxiety, ADHD, depression, and other mental health conditions.
- Work collaboratively within a supportive and tech-competent team environment.
- Deliver services in-clinic in Sydney or through telehealth, ensuring flexibility for both you and your patients.
- Immediate Caseload: Start with a full schedule from day one, thanks to our established referral network.
- Flexible Work Arrangements: Choose your own hours, from 1 to 5 days per week, with the option to work remotely via telehealth.
- Generous Earnings: Benefit from a 70/30 fee split or opt for a fixed fee model, tailored to suit your financial goals.
- Tech-Advanced Environment: Work in a clinic that leads the way with advanced systems including cloud-based software, e-prescriptions, and streamlined administrative support.
- Supportive Team: Collaborate with a team of highly experienced Psychiatrists and a tech-savvy admin staff who handle all booking, billing, and paperwork, allowing you to focus solely on patient care.
The estimated annual salary for this role is AU$150,000 - AU$200,000 depending on experience, with opportunities for growth and learning.
