As a full-stack software engineer, you will be part of a dynamic team working on cutting-edge projects. Your primary responsibility will be to design, integrate, test, and deploy innovative, scalable, and modular software solutions for challenging research problems.
You will work closely with the extended team of engineers and technicians to develop solutions for new and existing products and programs. Your role will involve working with multi-vendor cloud services to accomplish front-end and back-end tasks, designing features, managing databases, and supporting Boeing's aerospace-related software research and development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- An undergraduate degree or higher in a field related to computer science/software engineering with industry experience of 3+ years
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate interaction between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proficiency in core JavaScript/TypeScript, NodeJS, Java, and/or C#
- Experience with web application development, including experience with one or more modern web application frontend and/or backend frameworks such as Angular, React, Vue, Nest.JS, Spring, or .NET Core
- Experience working with Git, GitLab, and/or GitHub version control
- Solid understanding of software design principles, the SDLC, and agile development methodologies
- Experience with open-source databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc.
- Experience or interest in UX design and tooling (e.g., Figma)
