Job Title:
Senior Full Stack Software Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated software developer to join our fast-paced Innovation & Technology team.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of software development experience and a strong background in developing frontend and backend web applications using React, .Net, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and database know-how at least NoSQL & MongoDB. The candidate should be well-versed in cloud computing and have hands-on experience in AWS and Microsoft Azure.

The role requires a team player who is ready to explore and learn new technology and bring new ideas to the table, particularly in the space of sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain frontend and backend web applications using React, .Net, JS, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript frameworks and libraries
- Design and develop web applications using modern technologies such as React, Node.js, and MongoDB
- Collaborate with other developers, product managers, and designers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
- Mentor junior developers and assist with code reviews
- Troubleshoot and debug issues, and optimize performance
- Work on innovative projects and develop prototypes through MVPs (Minimum Viable Product) quickly upon request
- Collaborate with other software developers using GITHub for code repository, documentation, and knowledge of GitHub commands
- Develop backend server applications minimum language needed Python, C#
- Understand backend and interface development using API's
- Have a good understanding of databases such as NoSQL, MongoDB
- Will be part of the Uvance Innovation team and report to the Head of Innovation
- Stay up to date with new technologies and best practices in software development
- Along with your team & Manager liaise with Customer's Business groups to understand what Innovation and value means to them
- Liaise with Fujitsu groups to understand how Fujitsu can provide or develop solutions that add Business value to our customers.
- Liaising between local and global teams on programs or work directly and/or indirectly to ensure the team achieve their objectives & to constantly improve quality & interworking.
- Support and work with Innovation technical team members
- Works with experienced sales staff to manages existing customer relationships and networks with customers to understand the market and customer positions.
- Participate in performance appraisals and contribute to own development plan

Requirements:
- 8+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of experience in developing backend server applications using Python, C#
- 5+ years of experience in Python
- Experience with automated testing and continuous integration/delivery
- Proficient in HTML/CSS and In-depth knowledge of JavaScript and features like React & Angular
- Up to date on JS framework, libraries, & tools
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Has developed high growth software solutions in the field of Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning
- Understanding of how to use DOM & JSON
- Experience mentoring junior developers
- Experience with cloud computing and hands on in AWS and Microsoft Azure
- Experience with databases like NoSQL, MongoDB
- Experience using GITHub for code repository, documentation, and knowledge of GitHub commands
- Good technical knowledge on software development and a team player
- Ready to explore and learn new technology
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor of Engineering preferred Computer Science, Electronics & Telecommunication
