Facilities Management Professional

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of custodial staff, ensuring the day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. This includes providing guidance and support to the team, as well as developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure consistent delivery of quality service.

Key responsibilities include managing all aspects of facility maintenance, working with guests to address special requests, conducting pre-occupancy room inspections, and auditing team member performance to ensure it meets standard practice.

Additional duties may include assisting the CSR team, submitting maintenance issues, and ordering consumables and equipment as needed.

Requirements
  • SAP experience
  • Computer software and application knowledge
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a dedicated team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Administrative skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Capability to develop innovative solutions
  • Experience writing and developing policies and procedures

Security clearance requirements apply to this role, and employees must obtain and maintain up to a Top Secret (TS/PV) Department of Defense Security Clearance (Australian) or TS/SSCI (U.S.) clearance.

Work Requirements
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be able to fluently read, write, and speak English
