Job Summary:
Yorke and Northern Local Health Network is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join their team in a casual capacity. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for assisting clients in meeting their goals by planning, implementing, and evaluating a comprehensive range of Occupational Therapy services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement Occupational Therapy services that meet the needs of the local community.
- Provide support to clients, carers, and families across the patient journey.
- Conduct assessments, triage referrals, and provide timely and accurate information.
- Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Participate in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of Occupational Therapy programs.
Requirements:
- Recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy.
- Eligibility for full membership of the South Australian Board of Occupational Therapists.
- Registration requirements for disciplines requiring registration.
- Participation in professional development programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
