Lead Drainage Specialist

Purpose of the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Drainage Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing drainage works on various construction projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, coordinate, and execute drainage works in accordance with project requirements and safety standards.
  2. Supervise and mentor a team of drainage specialists to ensure effective project delivery.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve workflow efficiency and reduce costs.
  4. Maintain accurate records and reports of project progress and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in drainage installation, testing, and commissioning.
  • PVC pipelaying accreditation and a valid driver's license.
  • An outstanding safety record and commitment to best practices.
  • A Blue/White Card and dedication to team success.
