
Director of Customer Decisioning

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the development and implementation of our customer decisioning capability.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital marketing, decisioning, RTIM, and analytics, as well as a proven track record of leading and transforming marketing analytics and decisioning teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and implement NAB's customer decisioning capability
- Build and lead a team of decisioning analysts to deliver connected, personalized conversations across all touchpoints
- Drive and manage the enterprise decisioning roadmap, working across Product, Marketing, and Channels executive teams
- Lead large-scale business change that drives a step change in communication management
- Extensive experience in digital marketing, decisioning, RTIM, and analytics
- Proven track record of leading and transforming marketing analytics and decisioning teams
- Ability to galvanize support across a complex organization and a wide range of executive stakeholders
- Sophisticated influencing skills and ability to shape outcomes at an executive level
