Job Description
This exciting opportunity exists for a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the success of the Australian Institute of Infectious Disease (AIID) Project. As a key member of our team, you will facilitate effective communication and coordination among project stakeholders, consultants, and internal Burnet personnel. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records, coordinate meetings, and provide support during the relocation planning process.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as demonstrated experience in project coordination and change management. Proficiency in project management software and tools is essential, while experience in laboratory environments and familiarity with project documentation systems would be highly regarded. Your ability to work collaboratively, prioritise tasks effectively, and meet deadlines will be critical to your success in this role.
