About this Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Educator to take on the role of Education Leader at Only About Children Leichhardt.

This exciting Education Leadership opportunity has arisen at our purpose-built campus catering for up to 75 children daily, located in the bustling hub of Norton street plaza with established links to the local community.

The successful candidate will be joining a supportive leadership team, working in partnership with the CD who has an excellent knowledge of the campus and a genuine passion for Early Childhood. Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximise WH&S and ensure policies are adhered to, e.g., Child protection
  • Share your knowledge of the EYLF & NQF
  • Inspire Educators and Room leaders to deliver an outstanding program in line with the OAC grow curriculum
  • Mentor the team, reflect on best practice, and develop the programming cycle in each room
  • Lead Quality area 1 across the campus
  • Observe Educators and Room leaders and provide advice, research, and guidance
  • Meet with Educators and support during programming time
  • Attend Education Leader meetings and collaborate with Education & Pedagogy team
