About the Role

We are seeking a talented Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Only About Children. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment, contributing to the delivery of high-quality early childhood education and care.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing educational programs that meet the individual needs of children in the Preschool room. You will work closely with an experienced room leader to develop and implement engaging learning experiences that foster children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement educational programs that align with the OAC curriculum and meet the needs of children in the Preschool room
  • Work collaboratively with the room leader to design and deliver learning experiences that engage children and promote their development
  • Establish positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to build a sense of community and support
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a safe, healthy, and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

  • ACECQA-approved qualification in Early Childhood Education
