Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

This Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for delivering high-quality analysis and insights to support business decision-making.
You will work closely with stakeholders to gather and define business and functional requirements, developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and models to support performance monitoring and forecasting.
A strong analytical mindset, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, is essential for success in this role.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related discipline.
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in fintech, trading, or financial services.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Familiarity with trading platforms (MT4/MT5) or brokerage client journey is a plus.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional global teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
