This role involves traveling between locations to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and fault analysis on TOMRA's RVM installations and bulk processing equipment.

You will work autonomously, utilizing your problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, ability to work effectively with customers, and a commitment to providing excellent service.

  • Maintain and service RVM installations and bulk processing equipment to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities Include:

Machine Servicing and Maintenance

  • Servicing and maintaining RVM installations and bulk processing equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.

Fault Diagnosis and Repair

  • Diagnosing and repairing faults on RVM installations and bulk processing equipment to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

Customer Communication

  • Communicating effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations.

Requirements:

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:

  • An understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems, preferably with a trade certificate.
  • Experience with operating systems, software installation, networking, and mobile telecommunications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers.
